| Special confidence boosting cycle
courses have been getting residents on their bikes in Crystal Palace. An
expert team of experienced cyclists are offering lessons to anyone who
wants to use a bike but feels worried about cycling in busy south London
traffic.
"Nobody expects a car driver to become competent without training so why is it different for a cyclist?" said organiser Simeon Bamford who wants to promote cycling as a regular form of public transport. |
